Alfonso Grados Carraro is the new minister of Labor and Employment Promotion

The new minister of Labor and Employment Promotion, Alfonso Fernando Grados Carraro, holds a degree in business administrator by the Pacific University. He has an MBA by Adolfo Ibáñez University of Chile (2010-2012).

Also, in 2009, he made additional studies in the business productivity Program of London Consulting Group, and an updating course for Executives in JML Leadership Consultants.

Grados Carraro has held positions in private sector, highlighting, the general management of  Cervecera del Sur del Perú S.A Company., and Institute for Liberty and Democracy.

Furthermore, he was the Human Resources Corporate Manager of UCP Backus y Johnston S.A.A and vice president of Operations in the International Bank of Peru – Interbank.

During the transfer process, he led the transfer process of Labor and Employment Promotion sector. He participated as administrative manager of election campaign of the current president Pedro Pablo Kuczynski.

As is well known, his father, Alfonso Grados Bertorini had the same ministerial position in the second government of Fernando Belaunde.
