(Lima, July 21, 2016).- In a ceremony held at the Government Palace with the presence of the President, Ollanta Humala, and the Minister of Labour and Employment Promotion, Daniel Romero Maurate; the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR) gave the MTPE three international certifications ISO 9001: 2008 for services of the Employment Center (Employment exchange and Unique Labor Certificate) and  the Attention Module of Complaints and Grievances and Absolution of Labor Consultations by Telephone and Telematic.

“Obtaining this certification allows working under quality standards, improve the image of our services which are positioned in the market for being free and with quality; also creates a culture of continuous improvement in responsibility for services and increases staff motivation and participation”, said minister Maurate.

He also indicated that the Spanish company AENOR audited MTPE processes included within the scope of ISO 9001; as well as services under the UNE 93200: 2008 and issued a favorable opinion for obtaining such certifications.

It should be noted that the Employment Exchange provides job opportunities for job seekers and spread job vacancies that the companies comunicate. Meanwhile, the Unique Labor Certificate Certificate (CUL) is a document that contains the identity, address, formal work experience, criminal record and wanted by the forcé order for people between 18 and 29 years old.

Minister Maurate expressed that since 2012 within the framework of the National Policy of Modernization of Public Management, the MTPE worked on improving its services to citizens, in order to obtain international certifications to assume quality commitments that meet the customers expectations.

Similarly, after a process of implementation in the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 the granting of seven international certifications for services of the Employment Center were obtained such as the Employmente Exchange., Unique Labor Certificate and Vocational Guidance Service.

At that time also they were recognized other labor services: Judicial Free Sponsorship Settlement and Social Benefits.

Finally, Minister Maurate Romero highlighted that the MTPE keeps leadership among other ministries regarding quality certifications.
