DP World Callao Company and its labor union signed a collective agreement that resolves definitely their demands 2016-2018, through mediation of the Department of Prevention and Conflict Resolution of Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.

Among the agreements include an increase in the basic monthly remuneration of the workers since April 2016, a productivity bonus and a bonus for excellence in the workplace.

Also, job conditions as monthly risk assessments, working hours and working conditions such as useful holidays, labor license and working meetings of common interest.

According to the agreement, the collective agreement applies to workers with current employment contract with DP World, and while they are members of the labor union.
