(Apurímac, July 16th, 2016).- In order to promote employment and improve working skills; through the training of unemployed and underemployed people, viceminister for Employment and Training, Nicanor Boluarte Zegarra, said it will benefit with training for self-employment to 150 people from the Apurimac region.
The total investment will be 340 thousand soles, through the Program Impulsa Perú, strengthening capacities for entrepreneurship, providing training and specialized technical assistance to people who want to start their own businesses or strengthen their current venture.
Viceministery Nicanor Boluarte reported that the target areas will be Chalhuanca, Andahuaylas and Challhuahuacho.
As part of the training, Business Plan Competition where 30 entrepreneurs kits will be delivered for a total of S / 75, 000 for the implementation of the best business plans made. Each ascending kit to S / 2, 500.
For this year, the programImpulsa Perú scheduled to strengthen the capacities of more than 12 000 unemployed and underemployed people, with a budget of over 15 million soles.
The intervention regions are Apurimac, Ancash, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cusco, Ica, Junín, Loreto, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima, Callao, Piura, Puno, Tacna and San Martin; with training for job placement, job skills and self-employment or entrepreneurship.
