(Chiclayo, May 20th, 2016).- The viceminister of Employment Promotion and Labor Training, Nicanor Boluarte Zegarra, closed the Employment Week in Chiclayo that offered 3,400 formal jobs to vulnerable population.
Boluarte mentioned that most demanded occupations were field worker, tele-operators, sales advisors, field inspectors, cashiers, warehouse workers, among others.
“10 regional companies have participated and they will help to labor insertion of population, and it is the main objective of Employment week”, said.
Viceminister Boluarte announced the free training about agro export operator course for 290 low-income young people through Jóvenes Productivos Program.
Also, he gave 75 training certificates in operability of agroindustrial production which was organized by Impulsa Peru Program.
Ponte en Carrera arrives to Chiclayo
The viceminister Boluarte went to educational institution “San José” where he explained about the benefits of “Ponte en Carrera” Observatory and software applications developed for students by MTPE.
He highlighted that www.ponteencarrera.pe has labor market information and training offerings, focused in young people, that helps to take the best decisions based on market conditions and discards options that do not meet their expectations.
“We want to contribute that Peruvian young people are informed for taking decisions about their professional future. It will improve the quality education and the human capital that demands the national labor market”, he said.
