He also announced available vacancies for youth work training courses

 

Pucallpa, April, 22th 2016.- The Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion organized the Employment Week in Pucallpa to benefit vulnerable population with jobs.

In the close, the Minister Daniel Maurate Romero highlighted that almost 600 job vacancies in 18 participated companies were offered which requested agricultural labourers for the palm oil, forest workers, cashiers, sales agents, waiters, employees for the warehouse, etc.

He pointed that the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion will continue organizing the Employment Week in different cities of the country and noted that 45 fairs have developed between 2012 and this year.

“We want to give a greater access to the population that has difficulties to get several services that offer the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion. The Employment Week is an itinerant place that allows the interaction between the private sector and society, we also facilitate the labor insertion of the low-income people”, he said.

The assistants to the Employment Week were benefited with services of labour exchange, information about training programs of Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion. Also, this event offered the single labor certification, required document to apply for a job in Peruvian companies.

Free courses for Ucayali’s Young people.

As part of his visit to Pucallpa City, the minister Maurate announced available vacancies for free youth work training courses in trades as a customer support assistant and housekeeping, kitchen assistant, welding assistant, electric and sanitary facilities.

These courses will be given through Jóvenes Productivos and is expected to benefit 105 low-income people from Ucayali Region.
