(Lima, May 26th 2016).- This may 31th the inscriptions in the National Register of Construction Civil Workers (RETCC) in Amazonas will begin . The objective of which is to prevent violence and crime in this sector.   

According to the ministerial resolution published today in “El Peruano” newspaper, the Regional Direction of Labor and Employment Promotion of Amazonas will publish the schedule of workers registration of in RETCC.

Likewise, the Regional Direction of Labor and Employment Promotion of Amazonas implement the necessary actions in order to count with human resources and logistical materials required for the worker’s inscription.

The Sub Direction of General Registrations or the Regional Direction of Labor and Employment Promotion in Amazonas Regional Government will be in charge of the workers inscription in the RETCC. 

Meanwhile, the Direction of Prevention and Resolution of Conflict will resolve  appeals procedures for denegation in this inscription.

During thirty working days after publication of the schedule, the audit realized by the competent RETCC authority will have a preventive nature, which will develop counselling action of orientation and technical advice in this material.

The Regional Direction of Labour and Employment Promotion of Amazonas Regional Government will adopt the administrative measures that are suitable for the efficient conduct of the stablished.

The RETCC it’s beeingimplemented in all the country. The regions that have this registration are: San Martín, Arequipa, Lambayeque, Lima Provinces, Ica, Piura, Tacna, Puno, Moquegua and Tumbes.

This register is important for the labor inspection and will allow the access to job offers, labor training  services  and professional training for the registered workers.
