Minister Maurate asked to promote State policies for developing of human capital to 25 regionals governments

Tumbes, April, 23th 2016 .- The Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion to guarantee public services with quality organized the XIII Decentralization Summit of Labor Sector that joined to 25 regionals governments.

The minister Daniel Maurate Romero called upon to the regions to promote State policies for developing of human capital and the employability, most especially in the most vulnerable population.

“We have to coordinate actions and sectoral strategies to improve job services and employment promotion in the regionals and locals governments through an intensive use of Sector’s new tools and services”, supported.   

Also, he highlighted the reactivation of the Regional Council of Job and Employment Promotion to impulse the social dialogue in all regions and to avoid the labor conflicts, encouraging the investment.

Maurate pointed that the human capital development is important for the country through the education and training to provide competences that labor market demands.

“We want that the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion is seen as the human capital sector. We have dedicated in this management to develop the employment services that have as main resource the Employment Center, where the offer and labor demand interact, with this strategy, the training, certification, entrepreneurship, inclusion of people with disabilities are offered in a same space, on-site, virtual or itinerant way”, said.

The Minister asked to the regionals governments to spread the web page Ponte en Carrera to face the occupational inadequacy and the young people choose careers according to their vocation and labor demand, also considering labor market information.

The minister Maurate participated via Sype from Pucallpa of the XIII Decentralization Summit of Labor Sector.
