The minister of labor and employment promotion, Daniel Maurate Romero reported that the companies that breach the suprem decret Nº 004-2016 TR that give facilities to board members and electors will be punished through Nation Superintendence of Labor Audit.

He specified that the penalties for the micro-enterprise are 987 soles, small businesses 3,950 soles and for the general regimen 11,850 soles.

Also, the MInistery of Labor and Employment Promotion willl atend all kind of complainsts or orientations, through the call center 0800 16872 on Sunday 10th and Monday 11 th.

The Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion decreed as a non working day this monday april 11th for the board members citizens in the general election 2016 to realize this sunday april 10th.

The employers of public and private sector must adopt the rules for the compliance.

The election’s day the National Office of Electoral Process will give to each board member a participation certificate by the compliance of this civic duty. It must be given to its employer in the return to the job.

The workers of public and private sector that give services in geographical areas different to its votation place and that carry out this right in these elections won’t work friday 8th, saturday 9th, sunday 10th and monday 11th.

In the private sector, the agreeement between employer and worker will be established the recovery of non working days. In the public sector, the holders institutions will adopt the necessary measures for ensure the adequate provision of the services and the recovery of non working days.

Finally, the board members whose working day matched with the elections are empowered for don’t go to their workplace.
