The Ministry of Labour and Employment Promotion (PETM) has registered a 69.7% advance in the implementation of its 2016 budget, which places it in the first place among the portfolios of President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski.
According to the Transparency Portal of the Ministry of Economy and Finances, the Ministry of Labor reached this percentage on October 3rd.
The initial budget of the sector was established in 305 million soles in 2016 and finally, an amended budget of 348 million soles was assigned.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion has the programs Trabaja Perú, Jóvenes Productivos, Impulsa Perú and Perú Responsable that facilitate the labor insertion of the people, especially low-income and vulnerable populations.

Trabaja Perú, the program for the inclusive social employment generation, has the first place in its budget execution.
Trabaja Perú has implemented the 90.2% of the 75 683 846 soles assigned for this year. It will allow generating more than 15 thousand temporal employments for unemployed people in poverty condition and extreme poverty through the execution of 258 public investment projects in unskilled labor.
