Lima, May 16th, 2016.- The minister of Labor and Employment Promotion, Daniel Maurate Romero, presented the Employment Center mobile application that will permit to the job-seekers have information about employment vacancies of companies and public institutions.
“The job-seekers will know, according to their occupation and profession, where can work, obtaining information about available vacancies and information of the Employment Center which will contact with the company or public institution that offers the employment”, he said.
Maurate highlighted that this application is easy to use, it has low cost and it will allow saving time, and it has real-time information.
This application is available in Apple’s App Store and Google Play.
Maurate Romero opened the Employment Week which will offer until May 19th more than 14 thousands formal employments at “Parque de la Exposición”.
There are 136 privates companies related to safety, financial, textile, telecommunications, courier and massive consumption, among others.
The minister added that 1,700 vacancies are available for disabled persons and 777 for youth job training, pre and professional practices, and others working arrangements.
The Employment Week will offer free services such as labour exchange, job search consulting, labor training, information about labor market, and orientation and training for entrepreneurship.
The minister Maurate invited to citizens for having the opportunity to get a job at Employment Week.
“This fair helps the labour insertion, especially of low income population. Only, they have to bring DNI and copies of resumes”, he said.
As a part of the closing fair, a festival of vocational orientation and occupational information has been organized to promote the best decision for professional future in young people, he added.
