The Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion will start next 20 October the registration in Junín of the National Registry of Civil Construction Workers

In accordance with a ministerial resolution published today in official journal “El Peruano”, the timeline for the registration will be in charge of the Regional Direction of Labor and Employment Promotion. It should promote the facilities to meet in a decentralized manner.

The sub Direction of General Registrations or any acting in their instead, in the Regional Direction of Labor and Employment Promotion will be in charge of the inscription procedures, while the Direction of Prevention and Conflict Resolution will resolve the appeal actions for negation of the inscription in the RETCC.

Meanwhile, the audit activities that the competent authority of the Inspection System of Labor does in this region over the obligations arising from RETCC will be, preferably, of preventive nature for a defined time in the rule.

To this date, the National Registry of Civil Construction Workers has more of 122 360 enrollees nationwide and has been implemented in Ancash, Amazonas, San Martín, Arequipa, Lambayeque, Lima Provincias, La Libertad, Ica, Piura, Tacna, Puno, Moquegua, Tumbes, Cusco, Apurímac, Ayacucho, Ucayali, Huánuco and Cajamarca regions.
